Winner of the Stella Maris Singing Competition and praised by Das Opernglas for her ‚radiant coloratura’, German soprano Nora Friedrichs was a member of the Oper Frankfurt studio from 2013 to 2015. 

Highlights of the 2019/20 season included her debut at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and her role and house debut at Nationaltheater Mannheim, singing the role of Eurydike in Orpheus in der Unterwelt by J. Offenbach.

Season 2016/17 saw her debuting in two exciting roles: in November 2016 Nora made her role-debut as Queen of the Night with the Berliner Staatsoper Unter den Linden, and in May 2017 she sang the role of Fiakermilli (Arabella) with Oper Frankfurt. 

Season 2017/18 saw her debuting at the prestigious Semperoper Dresden where she sang the role of Blonde in Entführung aus dem Serail  as well as her house-debut at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, singing Fiakermilli in Arabella.

Until 2019, the soprano was a member of the ensemble of Komische Oper Berlin where she was singing many important roles including Le feu / nightingale in L'enfant et les sortilèges, Blonde in Entführung aus dem Serail, Königin der Nacht in Die Zauberflöte, La Fèe in Cendrillon.
